Join the Many Faces of NF team at the Shine a Light NF Walk to raise awareness and funds for the Children’s Tumor Foundation. The team captain, Rachel Mindrup, is associate professor of drawing and painting and the Richard L. Deming, MD Endowed Chair in Medical Humanities at Creighton University. Her gallery exhibition “See Me: Portraits of Neurofibromatosis” opens at the Greenlease Gallery on Rockhurst University on September 22. The walk is an opportunity to further her work to bring attention and support to individuals with neurofibromatosis.
The event will be Saturday, September 23 from 9 am – 11:30 am. We will meet on campus at 8:30 am to carpool to the site.
