Hospice Volunteers

Hospice Volunteers needed for the greater area of Kansas City with our Hospice patients. Our volunteers play a crucial role by providing a wide variety of practical and emotional assistance. Their tasks include reading/playing games with a patient, staying with a patient to give family members a break, being a friend. Hospice Volunteers may also assist the hospice staff with office clerical support. Hours can range from once a week to several times a week or month, we can work with your schedule. Great opportunity for student internships or for Nursing, Social Work, and Chaplain students!
