The Front Porch Alliance partners with First Lego League, an local elementary schools to robotics teams Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays from 4:30-6pm after school. Join our team of coaching staff as we support students grow in their interpersonal skills as well as gain new skills in STEAM initiatives.
As a coach, you will do a combination of assisting with small groups during robotics practices. Practices include team building activities for students, research around a community issue (connected to the FLL Theme); building and coding missions for the competition and community engagement. Coaches will be a supportive role model for youth; supporting them as they research, problem solve, create and code. Front Porch will provide the technical skills, curriculum and resources.
