Opportunities on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9 am - 1 pm.
Purpose: Provide excellent customer service to donors by distributing snacks, providing friendly conversation, thanking donors for their service, and observing donors for negative reactions.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to donors via social engagement and
greeting/thanking them.
• Provide snacks and drinks to donors post-donation.
• Observe for early signs of negative reactions and notify staff for
treatment.
• Keep all tabletops and serving areas clean.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by center staff (shredding, stocking
supplies, filing, folding blankets, etc.)
