Gross dissection of various organs. Microscopic evaluation of benign and malignant conditions. Autopsies. In addition, volunteers have the opportunity to rotate in other areas in the lab including Blood Bank, Microbiology and Clinical Chemistry. Serious inquiries only.
This opportunity is two groups of individuals
Group 1 volunteers: Medical, pre-med, & nursing students. HSD location for two weeks between May 15th - July 15th .
Group 2 volunteers: Medical school graduates/observers applying for residency positions. HSD location for two weeks between February 1st - May 30th
All applicants are required to complete an interview, background check, health screening, compliance training, two reference check, and orientation as part of onboarding.
