The battle against invasive honeysuckle, which chokes natural forests and overgrows areas parks to the point that they become dangerous and depress property value, rages on. Partner with KC Parks and Rec to join the fight at the Paseo Memorial Park. Rockhurst will provide the loppers, saws, pruners, gloves, safety glasses, and herbicide. Please:
- wear grubby clothes, boots (or close-toed rugged shoes)
- BYO water bottle
- Meet in Rock Room at 2:15pm
- Return to campus by 4:30pm
