NourishKC

We are a non-profit agency in the Greater Kansas City metro area that continues to address food insecurity. Since 1989, NourishKC has prepared meals to provide a basic need: Food.

We serve fresh lunches every day, Monday through Friday, at the Kansas City Community Kitchen at 750 Paseo.

The kitchen staff relies heavily on volunteers to help prep and serve hundreds of fresh To-Go lunches every weekday. 

At NourishKC we actively work to bring a food secure KC. This happens through many of our programs including the Culinary Training program for youths, and the Food Rescue program that provides ways for food to be donated instead of wasted.
