The Urban Grown Tour is an opportunity to invite the greater Kansas City community into their local neighborhood farms and gardens, to educate about sustainable growing practices and connect with local growers. This year’s 15 site tour of Kansas City’s farms and gardens will strengthen connections to the local food system by inviting the community to hear stories, directly from growers, about the why they do what they do, what brings them joy, and what they see for the future of urban growing in Kansas City.
