Wednesday Night Outreach with Uplift KC

Help provide care for pets in the community alongside Uplift - a nonprofit serving KC's unhoused population!

Perfect for: Students interested in service learning, social work, or public health.

Every Wednesday night, we partner with Uplift KC to serve Kansas City’s unhoused population—and their pets. Volunteers ride in PRCKC vehicles alongside the Uplift truck to distribute vaccines, pet food, free resources, and love to pets in need.

Time Commitment: Wednesdays, 4:30 pm – ~10:00 pm

Transportation Provided: Meet at PRCKC Clinic

Note: We only go out on the first 4 Wednesdays of the month. If there is a 5th Wednesday, we will not go out.

All Volunteers MUST Embody PRCKC's Core Values: Be Helpful. Build Trust. Be Compassionate.
