True Light Family Resource Center

We are True Light, we started as a church, and still provide religious services. Our mission is to improve our overall community by improving the lives of individuals. Our vision is a caring community of people equipped to lead successful and productive lives. Began as a true nonprofit with 501c3 status in 2006, have served consistently since, increasing our campus to include the resource center, emancipation station (our womens shelter), and freedom house (our transitional living home).

We help homeless and impoverished people with access to clothing and other such necessary resources, as well as have an extreme weather shelter open to women and children, as well as a transitional housing building for 5 single adult women.
